Abstract
The deed of the non-human entity has an old history in the general theory of legal responsibility if we think of the old forms of civil liability for the deed of thing or animal. The emergence of autonomous systems (SA) and artificial intelligence (AI) the interaction between people and these systems are new legislative challenges in order to regulate new types of social relations. Conceptually the act of the intelligent non-human entity has consequences on the concept of person-in-law which requires both rethinking and innovating the mechanism of legal liability and especially a new attempt at theoretical reflection on the definition of legal responsibility as a metacategory of the general theory of law.
